Light is energy and energy is life...

There is no doubt about the significance of light for life. Light is one of the basic prerequisites for the existence of cells. Phototherapy, light therapy, treatment by light, light-treatment, light-based therapy, treatment by polarised light, therapy by light, Bioptron Lamp, PILER light, phototherapy by a bio-stimulating lamp or simply a biolamp. All these terms are frequently used in literature and they all mean essentially the same:
Therapy by light has accompanied mankind in various forms from time immemorial. The ancient Greeks were well aware of the great significance of light for human health and this way why they were building bathrooms, using the beneficial effects of sunrays, practically in every house. In the history of mankind, many a period proverb paraphrased the so well known fact, many times verified in practice, that if sun does not go somewhere regularly (with its light energy), the more frequently a physician goes there.

For its unique ability to activate naturally the self-healing potential of a human organism, light therapy is a generally recognised therapeutic and preventive method today. A number of professional studies proved that timely and correct application of therapeutic polarised light can reduce the total consumption of medicines (moreover, as opposed to the light therapy, the effects of medicines are only of short-term character) with many acutely and chronically ill patients and thus can alleviate the undesirable side effects of a number of chemical preparations (for example, the side effects on liver, kidneys, stomach) or the risk of acquiring addiction to use of such medicines. Thanks to utilisation of the exceptional potential of the light therapy, the external load on the organism is decreased and the entire immunity system is gradually strengthened.

Warning:

• The correct operation of the apparatus is signalled optically (by red flashing diodes inside the apparatus) as well as acoustically (an intermittent sound of a specific frequency depending on the selected mode of operation).

• The apparatus is supplied through a delivered special mains adaptor. Do not use any other adaptor - this would mean a risk of damage to the apparatus!

• The apparatus is a sensitive electronic device and requires careful handling (both the bio lamp and the power supply).

• Use a slightly moistened cloth for cleaning. Make sure that water by no means penetrates inside the apparatus.
